Black-owned businesses, and particularly female-led Black-owned businesses were some of the hardest hit by Covid-19. Prior to the pandemic Black entrepreneurs were thriving, with Black women outpacing other demographics when it comes to starting businesses. Since the spread of the virus, many business owners have been left in limbo wondering what the future holds and whether they can weather this storm. One of the most impactful ways to help entrepreneurs during this time is to tangibly support their businesses. The holiday season is the perfect time to support small businesses, especially those ravaged by Covid-19.
