Recently on The Rashad Richey Morning Show, the National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA) was highlighted as a crucial organization working to advance African American leadership in government at all levels. The NFBPA, established in 1983, has over 2500 members nationwide and covers more than 350 jurisdictions.

During the interview, President of NFBPA, Darnell Brown, The Executive Director, Marcia O’Connor, and the Co-Chair of the Emerging Leaders Council, Shaniqua D Crockett, discussed the importance of the organization and its programs.
