The Forbes HBCU Scholars program (formerly called Forbes Fellows) began in 2020 in partnership with Morehouse College, with the first cohort introduced in summer 2021. The program places HBCU students and graduates into the Forbes newsroom each summer, creating a pipeline for students of color to enter the journalism industry. Because when Black and Brown talent join our journalistic community, we all benefit. Applications will open each autumn for the upcoming summer cohort.
