Snow flurries and freezing temperatures didn’t keep people from coming out to the Michigan Theater to learn about Ann Arbor’s Black history.
The new documentary “A Letter To The West Side” premiered to a sold-out crowd Saturday night, Feb. 8.
The city’s Housing Commission, which produced the film in partnership with Detroit filmmaker Kameron Donald of Breykos, made 1,500 free tickets available and they went so fast another showing of the film is planned for Feb. 26.
