After hitting a low of four members at the height of the pandemic, the North Bay Black Chamber of Commerce is at 80 strong and growing.
“We put a plan together to just focus on members, on recruiting. I wanted to see what was going on, how did COVID affect them, especially the Black community,” Nancy Rogers, CEO and president of the organization, said.
She went to Sonoma County businesses to see what owners needed, asked how the chamber could help, and helped secure funding where possible.
