The Black Heritage Museum & Cultural Center, Inc. (BHMACC) proudly announces its 2026 Black History Exhibit, to be held February 2–27, at the historic Blount-Bridgers House, 130 Bridgers Street in Tarboro.

This landmark cultural event is presented in partnership with the Edgecombe County Cultural Arts Council and the North Carolina Arts Council. The exhibit will highlight the powerful journey of African American history—from the Transatlantic Slave Trade, Freedom Struggles, Reconstruction, Jim Crow, Civil Rights Movement, to Contemporary Achievements.
