In a dynamic and thought-provoking evening of dialogue, leadership and shared experience, the Salisbury branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) hosted its “Black Women in Higher Education” panel on Feb. 9 at 6:30 p.m. at Rowan Public Library.
The event brought together educators, students and community members for an open and candid discussion on the experiences, challenges and triumphs of Black women serving in institutions of higher learning.
