At 616 W. North Ave. in Milwaukee’s historic Bronzeville neighborhood, developer Michael Adetoro and Department of City Development Commissioner Lafayette Crump toured the Bronzeville Creative Arts and Tech Hub this week, timing the stop to Bronzeville Week’s citywide celebration of Black entrepreneurship and culture. The visit highlighted an estimated $29.3 million project pairing 60 mixed-income apartments with a planned commercial building anchored by a black box theater and creative business incubator space.
