Willie Barney, CEO and co-founder of the Empowerment Network, stopped by First News weekend to share more on his organization that supports hundreds of small businesses here in the metro.
15 years ago, alongside his wife, Barney started Empowerment Network to focus on community development and five years later, they decided to do the same for businesses.
