Pro Musica Detroit presents pianist Alvin Waddles in a special program that will be webcast Thursday, Nov. 12, 2020, beginning at 7 p.m. The special program featuring the multitalented Detroit artist also represents the world premiere of the new Pro Musica LIVE online performance series.
Led by host Cecelia Sharpe of WRCJ 90.9 FM, Pro Musica LIVE programs will include musical selections, conversations with musicians and composers, and Q/A from the audience. To enjoy Mr. Waddles’ Pro Musica LIVE performance, listeners are invited to visit promusicadetroit.com where they can link to the live webcast on Nov. 12.
Subsequent Pro Musica LIVE programs also will include special evenings starring artists from the world of music, including internationally acclaimed American-Israeli cellist, Amit Peled on Dec. 10, 2020 and the emerging American opera star, soprano Angela Theis on Jan. 14, 2021. The Pro Musica LIVE programs are free and open to all who enjoy the musical arts.
